Due to Covid-19 & other health safety protocols, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Including eBooks and gift cards, are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you need to modify an order, replacing a product please let us know as soon as the order is placed. Changes to are not 100% guaranteed. 

Damage & Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and several photos showing the problem.
